MIRA Helion  ·  The Business Operating System

Agents do the work.
Humans make the call.

The AI-native operating system for the modern services firm.

Sales, marketing, inside sales, deal desk, finance, legal — running continuously, drafted by agents, signed off by humans. One approval fabric across the whole business. We built it for ourselves. It replaced our stack in weeks. Now it's coming for yours.

Origin

Built for ourselves. Now built for you.

Helion did not start as a product. It started as an internal tool — a place to see the whole business in one screen. Then it started replacing tools.

Ionate is a small company shipping a large product — MIRA Codex Studio, the AI-native platform for legacy modernisation. We ran the company the way every mid-market services firm runs: eleven SaaS tools, a Zapier chain, and a lot of copy-paste.

The CRM lived in one system. The knowledge base in another. Marketing intelligence somewhere else. Slack held the actual conversations. Invoices happened in QuickBooks. Contracts in DocuSign. Nothing talked to anything else — and the people were the glue.

So we built a shell over the top. One place to see the pipeline, the KB, the RFPs, the invoices, the contracts. That was Helion v0 — a single pane of glass.

Then we asked: what if the agents inside it actually did the work? The RFP crawler could draft responses. The KB could brief every deal. The SDR persona could run cold outreach at 3am. The finance module could chase overdue invoices without a human clicking send.

Six weeks later, Helion wasn't a dashboard on top of our stack. Helion was the stack. CRM sync stayed — but marketing intelligence, sales engagement, internal chat, content automation, and half of finance became Helion features. The tools we used to pay for are still open in browser tabs. We just don't need them any more.

Week 0
A shell over the stack
One pane of glass over Pipedrive, SharePoint, Slack, DocuSign, QuickBooks.
Week 2
Agents start drafting
RFP crawler + KB indexer + deal-brief agent. Slack still on. Everyone still copy-pasting.
Week 4
Slack goes quiet
Team Workspace ships — channels + DMs + agent participation. Slack becomes a bridge, not a home.
Week 6
The marketing intel tool gets cancelled
Signal Radar covers what we were paying for. Someone in ops asks: "wait, what else can we cancel?"
Week 10
Alex sends the first cold email
Our AI SDR persona goes live on a real mailbox. Same address as our human SDR. Replies land in Helion.
Now
The business runs on Helion
Ionate is Helion's first customer. Every deal, every invoice, every contract, every post flows through the same approval fabric.
The Product

Six systems. One approval fabric.

Every entity — a post, an invoice, a contract, an outreach email, a proposal — flows through the same state machine: DRAFT → PENDING_REVIEW → APPROVED → EXECUTING → DONE. Agents draft. Humans approve. Execution is automatic. Nothing customer-facing ever leaves the system without a signature.

01  ·  DISCOVER

Data Hub

Pipedrive CRM mirror, SharePoint KB with vector search, RFP corpus, competitive intelligence stream. The single source of truth every other module reads from.

Replaces  ·  Notion + Confluence + Zapier + a spreadsheet
02  ·  SENSE

Signal Radar

24/7 monitor scanning RFPs (SAM.gov, TED EU, PNCP Brazil), competitor movements, account triggers, industry trends. Every signal scored and routed to the person who should see it.

Replaces  ·  Crayon, Klue, GovWin, Google Alerts
03  ·  CREATE

Content Engine

Autonomous drafting of LinkedIn posts, blogs, whitepapers, capability statements, and RFP responses. Grounded in the KB. Every draft flows through the approval engine before publication.

Replaces  ·  Jasper, Copy.ai, Buffer, HubSpot Marketing
04  ·  REACH

Inside Sales Agent

A named-persona SDR ("Alex") with a real mailbox on your domain. Cold outreach at scale, reply handling, meeting booking, escalation of warm leads. Every touch logged to the CRM.

Replaces  ·  Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, 11x, Regie
05  ·  TALK

Team Workspace

Channel-based collaboration where humans and agents work together. Agent participation via @mention. Slack bridge for notifications — but the workspace is native.

Replaces  ·  Slack (kind of, keep it if you want)
06  ·  CLOSE

Pipeline Accelerator

Deal-brief agent (30 min before every meeting), proposal generation, objection handling, meeting prep, win/loss analysis. Runs continuously against the pipeline while you sleep.

Replaces  ·  Gong, Chorus, Loopio, PandaDoc, RFPIO

Plus modules

Finance · AR / AP / QBO / Forecasting     Legal · Contracts / DocuSign / Compliance

The Fabric

Every entity, one state machine.

An email, an invoice, a post, a contract — everything a services business produces flows through the same five states. That's the whole trick. One audit trail. One approval queue. One compliance model. Cross-function reporting stops being a project.

The Uncomfortable Question

Can an enterprise obliterate its SaaS stack?

Ionate is a small company. We built Helion in weeks. The playbook is not secret.
Yes, you can.

What most 50-person firms pay
The stack tax
CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot) $18–36K / yr
Marketing automation $12–24K / yr
Sales engagement (Outreach) $18–36K / yr
Marketing intel (Crayon / Klue) $12–24K / yr
Slack + Notion + Confluence $10–18K / yr
RFP mgmt (Loopio / RFPIO) $15–35K / yr
E-sign + CLM (DocuSign) $8–20K / yr
Integration glue (Zapier + n8n) $3–8K / yr
Annual bill $96–201K

Plus one full-time RevOps hire ($120K+) just to keep the pipes clean. Plus the six copy-paste hours per person per week that nobody bills anyone for.

What Helion costs
One system
Data Hub included
Signal Radar included
Content Engine included
Inside Sales Agent (Alex) add-on
Team Workspace included
Pipeline Accelerator included
Finance module Business tier
Legal module Business tier
Annual (Team tier) $78K

One vendor. One auth. One audit trail. One approval queue. Nothing to Zapier. RevOps becomes a supervisor, not a scaffolder.

The build-your-own path is real too. We wrote the whitepaper on both.

The reference call is us.

We do not sell Helion first and use it later. Every sales meeting, marketing post, cold email, invoice, and contract that Ionate produces flows through the same Helion install we ship. When you evaluate Helion, the demo is our live dashboard.

◆ Live at Ionate
"We run the whole commercial operation on this. Sales, marketing, SDR, finance, legal. Alex sent 380 emails last week. I approved 22 posts before Tuesday's coffee. The RFP we won on Friday was scored, matched, briefed, and half-drafted before anyone on the sales team logged in."

Why Helion is Real

Built on the same MIRA platform that runs Codex Studio.

Helion is not a greenfield build. It sits on the production platform already running MIRA Codex Studio for enterprise legacy modernisation. Multi-tenant JWT auth, agent framework, notification fabric, workflow engine, backup and observability — hardened over months of live enterprise workloads.

FOUNDATION

Multi-tenant JWT

Tenant-type gating (INTERNAL / DEMO / CUSTOMER / PARTNER). Enforced at the security filter, not the app.

RUNTIME

Agent framework

LangChain4j-based ReAct + tool-use loop. Every tool grant-gated. Every call audited.

CHANNELS

Notification fabric

Email (M365 Graph), Slack, SMS (Twilio), WhatsApp. Per-tenant credential encryption. EN / PT-BR / ES templates.

STATE

Workflow engine

Universal DRAFT → PENDING_REVIEW → APPROVED → EXECUTING → DONE state machine. One approval queue, one audit trail.
